Marine Science Center’s Conservation Intitiative

Marine Science Center (MSC) and program adjunct faculty Dr. Craig Pelton, was recognized in the Daytona Beach News-Journal yesterday July 22, 2019, for his work at the MSC and particularly his work on sea turtles in the Ponce Inlet community. Dr. Pelton and the MSC team has ” helped 900 juvenile and adult sea turtles and more than 15,000 hatchlings and washbacks” along with many other species of birds, turtles and tortoises since they opened. Keep up the great work Dr. Pelton and the MSC team!
